Bringing together a selection of works from the extensive oeuvre of Canadian photographer Edward Burtynsky, Shifting Topography explores the impact of human activity on the natural environment through striking visual narratives.
Known for his large-scale photographs, Burtynsky makes visible the transformation of our planet through images ranging from mining sites and industrial production facilities to dried riverbeds and rapidly changing urban landscapes.
