What's Happening Jackie Matisse: Kite Time Jackie Matisse (1931–2021) first flew her iconic kites in 1976 during a trip to Istanbul. Today, her colorful kites, including Rainbow (Arc-en-Ciel, 1983), appear on the façade of the Arter building, inviting visitors to discover the exhibition Kite Time.
