Designed by Alexandre Vallaury and estimated to have been built between 1900 and 1910, this mansion has a different architecture than the classic Bosphorus mansions. An eclectic white building, the mansion has a four-story and symmetrical design. This magnificent structure, each floor of which is built in a different style, has four towers. The mansion is named after its second owner, Ahmet Afif Pasha. Behind the mansion, there is a mansion pavilion and grove named Afif Pasha Mehtabiye Pavilion, which was built as part of the mansion.
